of the real figure; by comparison, much of Michelangelo's
paintings seem to me to be sort of "Superman" style...
Bacchus here, and Christ, below, look more real.
"Jacob spent the night alone in communion with God on a riverside. There, a mysterious being—usually considered to be an angel—wrestled with Jacob... " (This looks a bit contrived... the angle looks like "its all in a days job...", and Jacob doesn.t look like a serious wrestler...)
