Maryland Farm and Forest Paintings Fine Art - I

I spent most of my adult life in the general area of Maryland / Virginia, and collected many painting opportunities.  Some of these I did then, some of them I am developing now, based on photos from "way back when"... The Maryland Farm - Spring is a current multimedia acrylic/oil, the other 2 are traditional oil on linen.

Autumn Forest, Patapsco Valley, Maryland ... a few miles south of Baltimore; … If I remember right, the stream and woods were in a park area along Rt 1, south of Baltimore, Potapsco Valley State Park. - oil on linen, 18.000 x 24.000 inches

Autumn fields in Southern Maryland ... south of  Lexington Park; an original oil on linen, 42.000 x 20.000 inches In the 1970's my parents lived in Southern Maryland, near St. Mary.  This was a farm on the way down, in the fall.  I always have liked Maryland autumn colors, soft and warm, not brittle and cold like more northern autumn colors...
